ICDL Africa promotes the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) certification in Africa.  ICDL Africa's role is to assist African Governments in establishing the ICDL programme across the continent.  ICDL Africa recognises the importance of digital literacy and ICT skills, and the urgent need for a more coordinated and effective action in driving economic development in developing countries.  Read more about us.
